This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Vote iQ and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("Vote iQ" or "We"). This privacy policy ("Policy") applies to the Web sites of Vote iQ, including Vote iQ.com, Vote iQ's sub-domains, and Vote iQ's other online applications and services and activities on other social networking sites (collectively, "Sites").
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

Because our Sites are social and community based, others may create pages or profiles and collect information from you through our Sites. Vote iQ is not responsible for any information collected from you by members or third party users of our Sites. Choose with care anyone you interact with or share information with in any online social network.
Vote iQ may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our Sites are generally designed as open and public community areas for connecting and sharing with other people and groups. When you sign up for or participate in these areas certain information and content you choose to post may be displayed publicly or to select members. Please be mindful of your privacy as you share your information. If you share information about others, please be sure to respect their privacy and get consent for any pictures, videos, and other information you may share about them.
We do not share your personal information with third parties other than as follows:
- with your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes subject to their separate privacy policies;

We may also share with others aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Vote iQ takes reasonable measures to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Vote iQ by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests about your contact preferences and changes to your information by emailing optout@voteiq.com, or by changing the privacy settings on your account. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your membership and accounts.
Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. We may use Adobe Flash Player to store information about your visit or interactions with our Site. Visit the Adobe Flash Player Settings panel to learn how to control your Adobe Flash Player private settings or delete any information stored on your computer by Adobe Flash Player.
